Meet the founder

Anthony Reinehr

Founder, REIN Capital Partners

Anthony lives in Austin and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising with honors. He started his career in business-to-business sales at TEKsystems and ADP, where he learned to build relationships, listen closely, and follow through, and earned TEKsystems’ 2023 Seizing Market Opportunities Award.

In 2025 he moved into multifamily through a rotational real estate operations leadership program, with exposure to property operations, asset management, and financial analysis. Today he is an Assistant Property Manager at ResProp Management in Austin, running the day-to-day operations of Class C apartment communities: leasing, resident retention, collections, vendors, budgets, and the hard conversations in between. Working on site taught him what separates a struggling property from a well-run one, and it is why he believes in the value-add model.

For Anthony, real freedom means owning assets that work around the clock and using what they create to lift the people around him. His personal mission is to relentlessly pursue his God-given potential, building real freedom, real wealth, and a real life, and to use it to unlock what is possible in others. REIN Capital Partners is how he plans to do that with investors, residents, and communities. The firm is in its early stage: Anthony is building investor relationships and a team of experienced partners before REIN acquires its first community.

Faith is at the center of how Anthony lives and works. Outside of real estate he is building a small vending machine business, and he spends his free time on college football, basketball, country music, and motorcycles. You can connect with him on LinkedIn.
