Investing with REIN

Who can invest?

Our offerings are generally available to accredited investors, and in some cases to a limited number of sophisticated investors with whom we have an established relationship. See How Investing Works for more.

What does accredited mean?

The SEC defines accredited investors based on income, net worth, or certain professional credentials. Your financial advisor can help you determine whether you qualify.

What is the minimum investment?

Minimums vary by offering and are described only in each offering’s private documents. We are happy to discuss this during an introductory call.

Why can’t I see your current deals on this website?

Securities rules limit how private offerings can be shared. We share offering details privately, and only with investors we have gotten to know first. That is why every relationship starts with the investor list and a conversation.

How it works

How long is my money invested?

Multifamily investments are typically held for several years. Each offering’s documents describe the expected business plan and timeline.

How do I get paid?

When a property generates distributable cash flow, distributions are made to investors according to the offering documents. Proceeds from a sale or refinance are distributed the same way.

What are the risks?

Real estate investments are illiquid and can lose value. Risks include market downturns, higher-than-expected costs, interest rates, and execution. Each offering includes a detailed discussion of risks.

How do taxes work?

Each year you receive a Schedule K-1 reporting your share of income and deductions, which may include depreciation. Please consult your CPA about your situation.

Our approach

How do you find and vet properties?

We source through broker relationships and direct outreach, then underwrite conservatively and complete thorough physical, financial, and legal due diligence before committing.

How will you communicate with me?

Investors receive regular written updates on property performance and the business plan, plus annual tax documents. Anthony is always available for questions.

Can I invest through my IRA?

Some investors use a self-directed IRA. Whether that is possible depends on the offering and your custodian; talk with your advisors.
